Initial Scope Call
On initial enquiry our team will book in a scope call with you to discuss the event requirements and develop an event concept matching your vision.
Event Solution & Budget
Once the parameters of the project have been set, our team will put together a technical proposal considerate to your budget. We will aim to create a solution that suits both your creative vision and practical, technical needs.
Logistics & Project Management
Once confirmed, we will begin the strategic and logistical planning of the project. This includes liaising with venues and suppliers, allocating crew, building project documentation and supporting rehearsal time. Our production experts will be on-hand throughout.
Event Delivery
Throughout the event the JacobsMassey Production team will be on-site, or online, to support all technical elements and ensure successful delivery.
