JM Productions has provided production support for a number of Zenith Global events with great success over the years. This latest project was held in the auditorium at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London City.

After a brief scope call with the client to discuss the requirements for the event. Our team suggested that for branding purposes we could include a sustainable canvas wrap backdrop to add effective branding. The event programme was a delivery of fireside chats, keynote talks with presentations, followed by panel discussions. We provided support for remote guest speakers to participate virtually, through Zoom. 

Our team was there to ensure the success of the event and that all presenters were given the opportunity to experience smooth transitions between activities. The graphics operator was well-prepared for any adjustments needed throughout the day, as they updated presentations with ease. Our sound engineer provided guidance on how to effectively wear microphones during the event.

Our crew had a range of experience in event production, from setting up equipment to operating complex technology on-site. This allowed us to ensure that every element of the event ran as smoothly as possible and that all attendees were given the best possible experience. We believe that this is testament to our dedication and commitment in delivering successful events every time.
