Job Description
Looking to move your AV career away from being on-site every day?
We're recruiting for a Helpdesk / VNOC Engineer to join a global AV support operation, providing remote technical support for enterprise audiovisual systems around the world.
This is an excellent opportunity for either:
An experienced AV Helpdesk or VNOC Engineer, or
An AV Technician looking to progress into a remote technical support role.
Please note: This position operates on a 24/7 rotating shift pattern, which is a non-negotiable requirement.
You'll become part of a specialist remote support team responsible for keeping mission-critical AV and Unified Communications systems operational for global customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing first-line remote technical support
Diagnosing and resolving AV faults remotely
Escalating issues to field engineers where required
Supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom environments
Managing service tickets through to resolution
Liaising with customer IT, networking and facilities teams
Performing firmware updates and remote system maintenance
Supporting digital signage and AV management platforms
Delivering excellent customer service while meeting SLAs and KPIs
We're Looking For

Remote management platforms such as Xio Cloud, Poly Lens, Utelogy or Q-SYS Reflect
