Job Description
This is an opportunity to join a technology team to support the implementation of Workplace Technologies, in particular to implement a solution in the new global HQ which will be moved into later in 2025.
What we are looking for;- Experience of implementing Space Management solutions beneficial.
- Understand what excellent customer service looks like.
- Willing to take ownership of tasks and show initiative when seeing them through to completion, taking a lead role as required.
- Work well in a team or on your own, and across teams whether within Technology or other business teams.
- An effective communicator, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, and adapt styles as situations require, for example: can engage business stakeholders by explaining technical concepts in a way that can be easily understood.
- Can remain calm under pressure.
- Constantly look for opportunities and ideas to improve services and to become more efficient.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Work within Project Team to develop and implement tools as required.
- Work within Workplace Technologies Team assisting in other areas as required.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal best-practices.
- Work across associated IT teams and be able to build relationships across the business.
- Upskill colleagues within the team regarding solution being implemented and sharing knowledge.
- Create and maintain documentation, including training material for non-technical colleagues.
- Contribute to defining the operating model for the new solution.
Experience required;
• Space Management Solutions desirable but not essential
• API integrations
• Vendor Management experience
• Access control e.g. ESS Genetec
• Optional: Smart lockers experience
