The company is an agency that specialises in creating digital and music concepts. Their offering ranges from digital screens and video wall designs to interactive experiences.
We are looking for an AV Project Coordinator who is professional, naturally extroverted, bright, and genuinely excited about joining a team, to help deliver excellence in technology and customer service.
You will:
• Have a good, logical mind. There are many bright people in our agency, who think very logically. We welcome the opportunity to engage with someone similar in this important role.
• Be a clear, succinct communicator. There is a lot going on, and non-technical people want concise explanations and next steps.
• Be a calm communicator and unfazed by last minute requests.
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with audio-visual (AV) systems and equipment required

We are flexible about working in the office, but we do require at least 2-3 days working from the office based in Hertford, with other days working from home. You would need to be able to drive and have a vehicle in order to get into the office.
Long term there is the opportunity to gain a senior position in a growing agency, and learn by shadowing an experienced Technical Director
