Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Studio Lead. The Lead will be working as an implanted team member for a Fortune 500 technology company. The role will be tasked with consistently delivering exceptional service to our client through holistic event and technical delivery with a high touch client service mindset. The Studio Lead will be responsible for overseeing the studio to ensure client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Oversees the team management across all resources for the day to day running of the service
● Lead the studio and event teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, and renewed customer service focus
● Collaborate with the Production Coordinator with pre-production requirements and ensure the studio and team are operational for the events.
● First point of contact for all event production requirements within the Studio on the event day
● Manages the production support and event delivery teams’ execution of bookings.
● Overall responsible for the technical support team and delivery of services levels.
● Maintain and achieve agreed service levels to our client.
● Manage and maintain third party vendors and agreed service level agreements

● Event day point of contact for external or hired resources, such as rental equipment & freelance staff
● Collaborate and support with stakeholders and external production agencies with their production and logistical requirements.
● Ensure technical compatibility and production quality with external production companies.
● Create, maintain and implement processes and procedures to optimise efficient and best working practise
● Creates weekly schedule to ensure all studios have the proper support level for events
● Gather accurate data and metrics for reporting on all studio and event-related matters, which may include maintenance, equipment/space utilization, payroll, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:
● 8+ years’ professional experience within the technical event production/broadcast industry/Live event industry
● 4 - 5+ years’ relevant studio equipment experience
● 3+ years’ experience of managing a studio environment including:
○ Knowledge of studio equipment.
■ Data/Video projection
■ Camera and video recording
■ Audio playback and record, signal distribution
■ Vision mixing and gallery operations
■ Lighting
■ Power
■ Rigging and Health & Safety
○ Strong people management skills with the ability to lead by example is essential
● Corporate/live events experience preferred
● Bachelor’s Degree preferred
● Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
● Professional knowledge of video and audio editing software programs - Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Adobe Audition, Pro-Tools
● Understanding of camera operation equipment
● Organizational and time management skills
● Ability to execute tasks independently and efficiently
● Creative problem solver, resourceful, team player
● Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
● Ambitious and proactive with a calm and flexible approach to handling pressure
