Our client provides IT and AV services to home users and Small Businesses in London, the South East and internationally. Working closely with the Operations Director to provide Installation and Engineering services to our discerning client base. Providing high quality professional, efficient service, including problem solving, managing all kinds of client needs to their satisfaction and communicating well in all directions, all protecting the high reputation of the business.
Responsibilities include:
• Daily management of various simultaneous projects from start to finish providing service both on-site and remotely
• Providing effective technical support including troubleshooting, performing diagnostics and reporting
• Installing and configuring AV hardware, from racks through to TVs and CCTV systems to Audio solutions.
• Responding to emergency call outs
• Procurement of hardware as required by clients, from specification, agreement with Director and Client, delivery and installation.
• Management of Stock Facilities
• Understanding and practical installation experience of Networking, Lutron Lighting and HDBaseT as a minimum.
Experience Required
Must have relevant industry experience, including managing others. Any industry specific training is welcomed.
Skills and Competencies Required

● Flexible and willing to learn new skills
● Methodical and calm with a high attention to detail
● Mature minded and responsible
● Confident and proactive
● Ability to meet deadlines and requests
