Job Description
Our client has been active in AV for over 10 years within the Corporate space and have achieved many significant Project wins over this time. They have grown the AV Business to the point where they are looking for a suitable AV Sales Manager to join the AV Team to push it to the next level, they require an experienced AV Sales Manager to bolt onto and grow their AV Division further as they look to grasp new opportunities and Project wins.
Role Description;*You must have up to date knowledge and experience in today’s Corporate AV Sector. Experienced in selling Microsoft Teams Rooms, Complex Audio systems using Products such as Shure, QSC and Biamp, Control Products such as Crestron and switching such as Extron or Kramer..
*You will need to be Technically minded and understand the Solutions you will be selling along with a good grounding of installing Hardware and AV cabling into Buildings and understand the Construction process of integrating AV into Buildings.
*looking for a self-starter, someone that doesn’t need to be micro-managed, and is also up for the challenge of starting from scratch and growing and expanding the AV Division forward, eventually creating and running an effective ‘AV Team’.
*The person would need to be happy to wear multiple hats, creating your own Sales Opportunities, writing Proposals, closing the Business, organising the BOM and stock for jobs, hand over to engineers and ensuring the Project runs smoothly until completion.
*looking for an individual with a can-do attitude, proven track record, and who is happy to pitch in at all levels to ensure goals are hit and Projects are completed successfully.
Our client is a small family run Business making this as an opportunity for an individual to come on board and grow an already successful division into much larger part of the business.
The role itself would be Hybrid/Field based, with the candidate needing to be able to access London within an hour for Sales and Project Meetings.
