The operations team plays a key role in ensuring the system runs smoothly, as well as making sure that all internal IT is maintained effectively.
Job Description:
⁃ To work within the Operations department
⁃ Reporting to Operations Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
⁃ Operate the Helpdesk telephone and Intercom system on a daily basis to resolve 1st line issue for end users internally and externally.
⁃ Accurately log Helpdesk activity
⁃ Troubleshoot remotely and occasionally visit sites to resolve issues.
⁃ Troubleshoot internal IT and Network issues
⁃ Deploy and install software to computers
⁃ Test and ship hardware to sites
⁃ Test and Troubleshoot bespoke software
⁃ Set up mobile devices for end users
⁃ Assist with all audio-visual equipment
⁃ Participate in projects as required
⁃ Carry out any other tasks as required by the operations management team
Personal Profile:
⁃ Self-motivated and proactive
⁃ Curious and Challenging
⁃ Ability to multitask and prioritise
⁃ Confident and articulate with the determination to get things right
⁃ A team player
Skills:
⁃ Good Knowledge of Windows basic software and MAC OS
⁃ Logical thinker who works well alone as well as in a team
⁃ Good communication skills, both verbal and written
⁃ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
⁃ Full clean driving licence
