Job Description
Our client is a dynamic AV company who are seeking an experienced, client focused, career driven Account Manager to service their high end clients globally.
Acting as a single point of contact, you will maintain, develop and manage client relationships to ensure total client satisfaction. Having experience in managing clients' AV portfolios, you will work as part of a collaborative team delivering exceptional client service.
- Liaising with, and developing, exceptional working relationships with clients.
- Providing professional knowledge and expertise.
- Establishing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of products.
- Preparing client quotations and proposals.
- Liaising with in-house technical staff, ensuring clients receive the technical input needed.
- Liaising internally & cross departmentally to ensure the highest level of service, and all jobs are carried out in accordance with client specific requirements.
- To log all bookings and produce paperwork for client authorization, maintaining an accurate and up to date record of communications.
- Conducting client visits and participating in exhibitions and events.
- Achievement of specific projects and targets as set and defined by senior management, working with the Directors to identify and access new markets and clients.
Qualifications and prerequisites:
- A good standard of education and a professional approach.
- The ability to understand client needs, aim to exceed expectations, and deliver superior client service.
- Strong organisational skills and planning ability with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
You will be a positive minded self-starter who's able to use your initiative enabling the delivery of great events; a great team player sharing a passion for outstanding client service.
