Job Description

We are seeking a practical and detail-oriented LED Screen Repair Technician to join our team in Salisbury, Wiltshire. The role focuses on the repair, fault-finding, and soldering of LED pixel screen tiles. Previous experience in LED screen repair is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate with the appropriate technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair faults on LED pixel screen tiles
• Carry out fine soldering and component-level repairs
• Test and quality-check repaired LED tiles to ensure performance standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organised repair workspace
• Handle LED tiles and electronic components safely and carefully
• Assist with inventory tracking of parts and repaired units where required
Skills & Experience
Essential:
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of electronics or willingness to learn
• Ability to work methodically and follow technical instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable:
• Experience repairing LED screens
• Soldering experience, including fine-pitch components
• Background in electronics repair, AV, or similar technical fields
Training & Development
• Full training provided for candidates without direct LED screen experience
• Ongoing support to develop specialist LED repair skills
