Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AV Project Manager to join a well-established organisation delivering professional audio visual integration projects across corporate and commercial environments.
This is an end-to-end project delivery role, taking responsibility for AV projects from initial handover through installation, commissioning and final completion. You will work closely with engineering, sales, operations, clients and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered successfully, commercially and to the required technical standard.
The position would suit an experienced AV Project Manager who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent organisation, commercial awareness and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple AV installation and integration projects from handover through to completion.
• Develop project plans, programmes and delivery schedules, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential delays or technical issues and taking action where required.
• Take ownership of project budgets, costs, variations and invoicing.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Work closely with sales, design, engineering and operational teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review technical information, drawings and project documentation to ensure teams have what they need for successful delivery.
• Oversee the integration of AV hardware and software within client environments.
• Support system testing, commissioning and technical sign-off.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports and internal records.
• Ensure appropriate health and safety documentation and working practices are maintained across projects.
• Understand project scope, contractual obligations and commercial requirements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders, acting as a senior point of contact throughout delivery.
• Support pre-sales activity and project discussions where technical or delivery input is required.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and share technical knowledge across the wider team.

About You
You will have previous experience managing professional AV integration projects and a good technical understanding of audio visual systems and their deployment within commercial environments.
You should be comfortable managing several projects simultaneously and able to balance technical, operational and commercial requirements.
Strong planning and organisational skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage changing priorities and resolve problems effectively.
You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work with everyone from engineers and subcontractors through to senior client stakeholders.
Experience working with project budgets, variations, contracts and commercial processes would be highly beneficial.
