Job Description
This role blends technical AV expertise with a deep understanding of exhibition stand design and construction. You'll collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to create and deliver standout exhibition experiences, integrating stunning AV solutions that truly set them apart.
What we're looking for;Are you a proactive self-starter, with self-evident presentation and negotiation skills, capable of offering creative, comprehensive, client-centric solutions? Do you have experience in exhibitions?
We would expect you to have/be the following:
•2 years+ account management in the exhibition sector, preferably with an AV or technical production company
•A skilled networker and relationship builder
•Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software
•Proficient in PowerPoint/KeyNote and Microsoft Office
•Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
•Excellent presentation, sales and negotiation skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities;
•You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts, as well as identifying and building new relationships from the community of the exhibition stand builder/designers
•You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing creative expertise to develop concepts that enhance their designs and help them achieve their goals
•You will analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and profitability, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
•You will attend industry functions to strengthen existing relationships and develop new connections
Our services primarily cater to trade exhibitions, typically scheduled on weekdays. However, occasional weekend work may be necessary. We embrace flexibility in working hours, recognizing that this role isn't confined to a standard 9-5 schedule.
With offices are conveniently located in South London & North London. While the role primarily involves office and on-site work, we also provide opportunities for hybrid work. We value flexibility in working arrangements and understand the importance of accommodating varied schedules.
Success in this role will be demonstrated by the ability to build and develop long term relationships with stand designers and creative agencies that design/build exhibition stands. Some client accounts already exist but others will have to be developed and won.
