Job Description
PR Account Executive to work with a variety of different clients across different industry sectors, including AV! Handling PR and administrative activities and playing an integral part in working with a team to deliver results and work to exceed client expectations each month.
Job Title: Account ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
• Research, writing and editing press releases, case studies, web content and blogs for online and print and gaining client approval
• Creating media lists and distributing to relevant media
• Creating content and managing multiple social media channels, where applicable
• Research and build forward features lists – identifying opportunities for exposure
• Respond to journalist requests when required
• Maintain a good working relationship with all clients
• Attending, where appropriate, client meetings, conference calls and journalist briefings and take responsibility for meeting preparation and follow up
• Event Support and attendance – pre and post show client support, journalist briefings and press pack preparation
• Press clippings – ensure all clippings are processed each month and presented correctly
• Monthly Reporting through Meltwater / Vuelio and Systems including inputting colour sep bookings, anticipated coverage and press releases issued
• Filing copies of key coverage and ensuring recent magazines are available in the magazine library
• General admin: filtering telephone calls, completing timesheets, updating client websites and keeping status reports update, company blog and social media activities

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Work to be completed on time, accurately and to a high standard
• Comfortable using your own initiative and/or working as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Knowledge of video production and editing is desirable
• Actively participate in brainstorming and providing creative input for campaigns
