Supporting the AV facilities within a client site based in central London, you will be working for a leading audio visual company and with their world leading corporate client. You will provide meeting room support in a corporate environment with exceptional customer service skills.
Report into IT / FM teams on a daily basis and agree daily tasks / activates / priorities
Actively monitor AV / VC estate remotely where propriety tools have been deployed i.e Crestron Fusion
Provide real time in room support
Provide a Meet & Greet service as required to assist all VIP Meetings and for clients who require a technician to help connect audio and video conferencing calls (virtually and in room as required)
Proactively train and support end users.
Fault handling and tracking of all AV fault related tickets raised via client ticketing system through to resolution
Track and manage all AV requests received via dedicated AV Phone & Email
Troubleshoot AV and VC related technology issues (inc projectors, control systems, switching, audio and screens) to complete resolution when issues occur
Provide break/fix, moves/add/change services as required
Ensure all equipment faults and requests are reported via the onsite procedures
Generate daily reports and contact VIP clients to establish full nature of meeting & requirements
Test, check and ensure equipment is in operable condition prior to any meeting or presentation
Equipment / Meeting room set ups as required
Setup, testing, operation, and break down of audio visual and video conference equipment; (e.g. video data projection systems, audio and video conference equipment, microphones, video cameras, audio systems, and operation of integrated AV systems)
Provide Event support / equipment Co-ordination as required
Complete Daily room checks / ad hoc testing
Supervise meetings / Events as required
Be fully competent with the use of end user Audio Visual & videoconferencing equipment
Provide support on an individual basis to users at all levels of seniority on Audio Visual equipment, connectivity and applications where appropriate
Locate faults or problems and provide solutions on a first /second line basis and provide a work around, if problem is critical
Liaise with and Manage 3rd party suppliers
Manage consumables & stock holding of on-site spares
