Job Description
Our client is looking for Senior AV/Audio Visual Technician who is able to manage, co-ordinate, set up and operate events as well as support with the day to day operations of a growing event production company. This role is to start immediately with a competitive salary. You will have 5+ years’ experience as an AV Technician in the Live Events sector. You will be a key member within the team with fantastic opportunities to grow into managerial and directorial roles with the company as we grow
This role is working 5 days over 7 and will require Technicians to work most weekends and your days off will mostly be during the week.Job Description:
This role would suit an AV/ Audio Visual Technician who has 5+ years’ experience in Live Events. You will be working independently as part of a team, you will need to be flexible and adapt to all scenarios. This role will be based in Slough however you will be working at different locations when on events.
This role will require you to work most weekends and your days off will mostly be during the week Mon-Wed.
Your duties will include and are not limited to
• Prepare equipment prior to being despatched
• Assist with the management of rental stock
• Site Recce’s
• Dealing with clients in a variety of scenario’s
• Manage projects of all sizes
• Delivery and collection of equipment
• Loading and unloading vans and trucks
• Preparing pre event documentation to follow processes and procedures
• Organising and managing crew and freelance technicians
• Inspecting and replacing all equipment on return
• Training Junior Technicians
This is just to name a few however the role will be shaped around the successful candidate’s experience and the needs of the business.
*Skills
