Job Description
Urgent requirement for one of our integration clients, this role is based at one of their customers sites in the London Bridge area. They are looking for a Senior AV Technician to support their customers AV facilities. If interested please apply ASAP.
-Circa 60 meeting rooms/spaces spread over 7 floors-Coverage required 08:00-18:00 M-F
-Approx. 3 evening events per week requiring support 18:00-21:00
-Room checks (as per service levels)
-1st line support for Google Meets (and ticket ownership)
-30 hours’ video production/post-production per week
-Immediate support for Gold areas as per specification
-Porterage as required
-Support TV distribution/wayfinding and CDN platform
-Despite the fact that the Crestron Fusion system will provide system alerts/monitoring and enable the technicians to
-Support meetings remotely we believe there will be some scenarios where there may be a requirement for a third
Technician this provision would bring the following benefits:
-Additional resilience during peak hours typically early morning where there may be support for more than one meeting required at the same time.
-If immediate or planned support is required for special areas either to provide technical or operational support the rest of the site is not is not left so exposed in the case of either another event running simultaneously or a technical issue elsewhere.
-Flexible hours to accommodate evening events (as required)
-Providing real-time virtual support
-Remote monitoring via Crestron Fusion/Google and IPTV monitoring dashboard tools
-Real-time in room attendance
-VIP meet and greet services
-Event support services
-Proactive and reactive services
-Backfill for holidays and sickness
-On-going training
