Job Description
Our client is looking for new AV technician in full time support Monday to Friday 07:00 - 19:00. The perfect candidate would be competent with the use of end user Audio Visual & Videoconferencing equipment.
Full time support Monday to Friday 07:00 - 19:00 (across 3 shift patterns to accommodate business requirements)Be competent with the use of end user Audio Visual & Videoconferencing equipment. Some knowledge and experience of IT processes (ITIL/ITSM) is desirable but not a requirement.
Create, manage and upload content (image and video) using software such as Photoshop, Premier and PowerPoint. Experience desirable but not essential.
Handle, track, update and manage AV related tickets and requests raised via our client SNOW ticketing system through to resolution
Actively monitor our client AV / VC estate remotely where propriety tools have been deployed i.e Crestron Fusion, Samsung Magic Info, SNOW ticket system.
Complete Daily room checks / ad hoc testing to ensure equipment is fully operable on a daily basis with a timed RAG report sent out.
Setup, test, operate, and Breakfix audio visual and video conference equipment; (e.g. video data projection systems, audio and video conference equipment, Digital Signage, microphones, video cameras, audio systems, and operation of integrated AV systems)
Report to our client IT SDM (client)/ FM Team Lead on a daily basis and agree tasks / activates / priorities
Provide real time in room support
Provide a Meet & Greet service as required
Proactively train and support end users on request
Equipment / Meeting room set ups as required
Supervise meetings / events as required, provide event support / equipment Co-ordination as required
Provide 'high touch' support on all the above at all times
Liaise with and manage 3rd party suppliers
Manage consumables & stock holding of on-site spares
