Job Description
Our client is looking an Audio Visual Project Coordinator to be based at their offices in Surrey. The main purpose of the role of the Project Coordinator is to manage and coordinate delivery of BAU projects under the guidance and direction of a senior manager
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:• Maintain and support clients and their needs through the project lifecycle
• Assisting in ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Company’s requirements
• Providing guidance and feedback on project position
• Providing a general ‘readily available’ interface between Client and the Business
• Managing and monitoring individual & collaborative work loads
• Maintaining and integrating project plans
• Tracking & reporting overall progress on delivery
• Administering the project budget and tracking project costs
• Planning & scheduling resource for multiple projects
• Monitoring resource utilisation
• Performing quality reviews
• Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library
• Weekly updates to the Operations Manager for submission to the Directors
• Scheduling / resourcing of project labour
• Follow up of project sign off sheets upon completion
• Support engineers where required with stock allocation and deliveries
• Arrange site deliveries with Client/engineers
• General admin duties as necessary to support the role
• Producing and maintaining a consolidated live / forecasted workbook
