Job Description
Our client is looking for an Audio-visual, technical and media services (AVTMS) Technician – Media services to support all our client departments and stakeholders by delivering excellent, pro-active, professional content creation and delivery for a wide range of projects.
Our client has a media services team with three full time staff. Our client has invested extensively in filming, editing, streaming and content creation technology including an editing suite (Adobe Premiere and After Effects). The Media services staff provide both content for our client’s own corporate communications as well as providing filming and streaming services to external customers of our conference venue.Based within our corporate services directorate the AVTMS Technician – Media services will join a dedicated team, who provide these content creation services. Staff are contracted to a flexible 40-hour per week contract with attractive rates of overtime when required.
The roles key responsibilities are:
1. Filming, live streaming and editing of events.
2. Filming of interviews and documentary style content to communicate corporate messages.
3. Providing expert advice to internal stakeholders regarding how to use technology to help deliver strategic aims.
4. Creating title and animated graphics.
5. Housekeeping and stock control of all media services equipment.
