Join the JM team! We have a newly created opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our expanding permanent recruitment division.
Overview:We are a specialist technical media agency providing Audio Visual (AV) permanent, freelance staffing solutions and virtual, hybrid, live event production services. Based in Soho, London, we offer a blended hybrid working model. Our prestigious client portfolio is wide ranging including global corporate companies, media tech giants, live event venues, cultural heritage icons as well as fashion houses. And it’s growing fast!
Your Duties:
• Liaise with senior members of the JM recruitment team to obtain job specifications & candidate requirements.
• Post live vacancies across all platforms from our website, LinkedIn careers page, through to dedicated social media channels.
• Collate advertising response and short-list candidates in accordance with the job requirements.
• Database entry of CV’s.
• Proactively discuss live roles with candidates.
• Present candidate details to senior members of the team for review.
• Schedule interviews.
• Post interview follow-up conversations with candidates, database entry of notes.
What we are looking for in you:
• We are a highly motivated, pro-active recruitment team with a formidable industry reputation – so we’re looking for someone who wants to become a recruitment specialist.
• A person who can take ownership of successful candidate resourcing.
• You will ideally have strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• An instinct for communicating and collaborating with people.
