Job Description
We are looking for an AV Developer to join our client’s digital team. This 2 two year fixed term position is based in Devon, where our client is undergoing significant investment in the development of its meeting spaces, and specifically in audio visual (AV) technologies in order to support technology enhanced learning and pedagogic innovation. There are also a number of development projects running in order to support high-quality remote meetings. The AV Developer role will work as part of a small team responsible for developing the audio visual technology for our clients meeting spaces.
Alongside the Lead AV Developer, the role holder will manage and contribute towards specific elements of large-scale AV projects. This will include contributing towards the delivery of new build installations, the planning and design of refurbishment and upgrade projects and research, planning and contributing to stakeholder engagement.The successful applicant will have recent significant experience of working within an IT environment in an AV role and will have project management experience of overseeing technical AV installations. They will be well organised, able to work on their own initiative and communicate effectively with external suppliers and contractors, internal colleagues and customers/stakeholders on projects, including various levels of senior management. Working experience of advanced Crestron system and audio DSP programming would be highly desirable.
Package:
Salary- £27,500-£30,900
