Job Description
Our client is a leading technology company, working with businesses such as WeWork, Deliveroo and Wagamama. They are looking for an AV Coordinator to support logging all requests and assisting with clients enquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Support of AV/Logging all requests for faults and new enquiries
- Tracking of service contracts and renewals
- Dealing with client calls and enquiries
- Dealing with manufacturers for replacement equipment
- Booking in all maintenance duties
- Liaising with Sales on renewals
- Manage the engineer's diaries
- Manage small projects up to 5k/upgrade requests with support from the AV/IT team
- Dealing with Purchasing for all install equipment
- Track and manage stock at Mango/deliveries
- Asset tracking
- Working with the commissioning team to produce OEM's
- Create and manage procedures with Directors and manage file structure and storage
- Return and replacement tracking
- General support to PMs when needed
